Catherine Miller

Catherine is a therapist-in-training pursuing her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Irvine. She holds a Masters degree in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Catherine is certified in PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS premarital assessments.

Catherine has experience supporting individuals in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and
trauma-related concerns. Her integrated approach draws from narrative therapy, attachment
theory, and CBT-informed interventions. She places strong emphasis on collaboration and on
helping clients identify and build on their existing strengths while developing practical tools for
growth and healing.

In addition to individual counseling, Catherine has experience working with premarital couples, facilitating meaningful conversations, developing insight, enhancing communication skills, and working to create a solid foundation for a long term and successful marriage.

Catherine is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm and
supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued. She seeks to help clients reshape
their personal narratives, develop healthier thought patterns, and enhance emotional well-being.
When appropriate and requested, Catherine can integrate biblical principles to support clients in
exploring their stories through a faith-informed lens.

Catherine offers low-cost services at our North Raleigh location (and virtually throughout North Carolina).

Catherine is an intern and cannot accept insurance.  She offers a sliding fee scale ranging from $20 -$60 per hour. All intakes are a standard $20 regardless of income level.
