Jadalee Eyma

Jadalee is a therapist-in-training and graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at East Carolina University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and she has previous work experience in acute in-patient and group counseling settings. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jadalee is excited to serve individuals, couples, and families in the Raleigh area.

Jadalee is specializing in couples and family therapy, supporting those experiencing relational conflict, difficulty with major life transitions, generalized anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, and family challenges. Jadalee is especially eager to work with populations from diverse backgrounds. She is Safe Zone trained to provide a safe therapeutic space for LGBTQ+ populations.

Jadalee believes that fostering meaningful human connection is a vital part of a holistic view of mental health. She values the opportunity to provide couples and individuals with a warm therapeutic environment from which they can begin to repair their connections. Jadalee uses Narrative Therapy, attachment theory, and systemic thinking to help you in recognizing communication patterns, identifying origins of limiting self-beliefs, and discovering healthier ways of relating to your world.

Lasting change can occur when people are given the chance to express themselves authentically while feeling heard and understood. Jadalee strives to offer this opportunity and to empower her clients to see themselves as agents of change in their own lives. Jadalee hopes to join clients on their journeys toward healing within themselves and with the people who mean the most to them.

Jadalee is completing her couple/family therapy residence at FSWC through May 2025. Jadalee is an intern and cannot accept insurance. She offers a sliding fee scale starting at $20/hour. All intakes are a standard $20 regardless of income level. Jadalee offers both telehealth and in-office appointments, with weekday and weekend scheduling options.
