THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Specialize in couples therapy, trauma therapy, DBT, and/or maternal mental health
- Have availability to be in office at least 2-3 days per week, and value the support of a close knit team while being able to work autonomously
- Have proper professionalism, boundaries, and warmth (both in person and virtually)
- Uphold accurate and timely documentation
- Is aware of their biases, actively anti-racist, and supportive of all identities
- Is reliable, responsive, positive and supportive
- Engages in proper self care and self-of-the therapist work
- Loves the ease of group private practice (not planning to open their own practice)

- Compensation that ranges from $50-$70/billable hour and $20/admin hour (meetings, documentation time, etc), with built in raises per our standard fee agreement
