FEES:
- Individual: $100/hour
- Joint: $65/person/hour
- Group: $45/person/hour
ABOUT:
Erin is a graduate of ECU’s MFT program (2012). She started her journey in community mental health, providing both Intensive In-Home services (IIH) and Out-Patient Therapy (OPT). Erin has years of experience in the private-practice setting and is the owner of Family Solutions and Wellness Center. Erin specializes in couple/family therapy, with theoretical focuses that include attachment theory, EFT, Gottman, Developmental Model, Structural FT, and trauma-informed approaches. Erin is passionate about cultivating therapists that exude both warmth and leadership in the therapy room. Vulnerability to explore biases, counter transference, and self-of-the therapist is essential beyond case consultation and theoretical development.
Getting Started!
1) Schedule initial consultation to see if we are a good fit (Complete the Supervision Face Sheet and e-mail to [email protected])
2) Complete board-specific supervision agreements
3) Sign Erin’s Supervision Contract and provide a copy of your malpractice insurance
4) Once the board approves our supervision agreement, we will begin meeting a minimum of once monthly (MFT) or 1 individual/2 group for ever 40 hours of clinical work (LCMHC).

ABOUT:
Annie is a graduate of ECU’s MFT program (2021). Annie has experience in outpatient community mental health, as an embedded clinician in the school setting, and in private practice. Annie specializes in systems work, including couples, families, and consideration of larger systems that impact our clients. Annie utilizes Bowenian, Narrative, and Experiential theory and practices from a systemic, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally-responsive stance. Her style of supervision is highly collaborative, systemic, and attentive to self-of-therapist exploration. Annie is particularly interested in supporting sustainability of practice and challenging burnout to develop competent and ethical therapists that enjoy their work.
